ZUHRA Talent Academy is a one-year professional hair training programme created to equip women for the future. Students will develop practical salon skills while learning how to present their work, market their services on social media and build a trusted personal brand.

More than technical training

ZUHRA Hair Studios believes that skill is only the beginning. Our academy combines practical hair education with customer service, salon hygiene, professional presentation, social media, branding and marketing. The goal is to help every student leave with the confidence and knowledge to seek employment, grow a client base or begin building a business of her own.

Programme structure

Semester One: Foundations

7 September - 18 December 2026

• Theory: Customer service, salon hygiene and professional presentation
• Practical: Braiding, cornrows and sew-ins

Semester Two: Brand and Technique

4 January - 23 April 2027

• Theory: Social media, branding and marketing
• Practical: Installs and wig making

Semester Three: Colour and Cutting

10 May - 17 July 2027

• Theory and practical: Colouring and cutting

Assessment and graduation

• Examinations and coursework: 26-30 July 2027
• Results: 6 August 2027
• Graduation: 30 August 2027

Opportunities after training

The highest-scoring student will be offered direct employment with ZUHRA Hair Studios following successful completion. Students may also gain valuable exposure to real salon and industry environments, helping them build confidence, professional contacts and a portfolio. External opportunities and artist collaborations are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

What is included

• A maximum of three training days per week
• One self-study day

Fees and entry requirements

• Application form: Le 100
• Tuition: Le 1,500 per semester
• Three semesters: Le 4,500 total
• Minimum entry requirement: Completion of Junior Secondary School
